Suggestion Box

By Mike

Question BlockWhat do YOU want to read?

Somehow, over the course of the years, I’ve managed to attract a small blog following that has continuously read my ramblings.  I’ve written about events in my day-to-day life, random thoughts I’ve had, things I’d like to accomplish, and funny stories.

One of my New Year’s resolutions for 2012 is to write a blog post at least three times a week.  Historically, I’ve not been good about generating new content on a consistent basis, and I don’t like that.  I want to change that, but I’d like your help in doing so.

In the section below, leave me a comment containing a topic about which you’d like me to write.  I don’t care what it is.  If you request it below, I WILL write about it.  It can be anything you want, regardless of how strange, funny, complicated, or “out there” it may be.  Tell me what you’d like to read – be creative!

What are you waiting for?  Start suggesting!  :)

You frequently mention a very happy childhood and family life. And you know I’m a sucker for nostalgia. I’d love to read about a day you remember from childhood – whether it describes a period of time in your life, a single day, a special event.

I may be back with other ideas. :-)

    Suggestion/Question:

If you could take a vacation anywhere in the world for one week, all expenses paid – where would you most like to go and why?

    Suggestion #2:

What was your experience with computers that made you decide you wanted to make a career of it?

When you get ready to write a short story, pull up your iTunes or Pandora, put it on random, and get your story line from the very first song that pops up – no exceptions. It doesn’t have to go along with the song, but you have to pull your inspiration from it somehow. In the meantime, if I find any good songs that will work, I will post it for you. :)
